CUSTOM HOME BUILDER SERVING NEW WESTMINSTER
Pacific Coastal Homes: Custom Homes & Full Renovations for New Westminster
With 21+ years renovating and rebuilding homes from Steveston to the rest of the Lower Mainland, Pacific Coastal Homes is well suited to New Westminster’s older housing stock.
About Pacific Coastal Homes
Pacific Coastal Homes Ltd. is a custom home builder and full-renovation contractor based in Steveston, Richmond, founded by Doug Loewen in 2004. Much of the company’s renovation work involves homes “built decades ago with layouts that no longer worked for the families living in them”, language that describes a lot of New Westminster’s own heritage housing stock as capably as it does Richmond’s older streets. In 21+ years, the company has completed more than 200 projects (80+ new custom homes, 50+ full renovations) and builds “throughout the Lower Mainland” by its own description, with the same crew and trades staying on every project start to finish.
